Frequently asked questions
What kind of food do you serve?
Traditional French cooking, entirely homemade: egg mayonnaise, marrow bone, andouillette, sirloin steak, duck confit, black pudding, a cheese plate and classic desserts such as crème caramel, rum baba, crème brûlée or chocolate mousse.
Do I need to book?
It is not compulsory, but strongly recommended at busy times to avoid waiting. You can book online on this website or by phone on +33 1 43 87 58 96.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 19:00 to 23:00, and Saturday from 19:00 to 23:00. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
How do I get there?
The restaurant is at 88 rue du Rocher (Paris 8th), near the Villiers crossroads. By metro, get off at Villiers (lines 2 and 3) and take the first street on the right: it is about 50 metres away. By bus: lines 30 and 94, night buses N16 and N52. Parking is difficult in the area; there is a car park at 14 avenue de Villiers (75017).
How do you choose your wines?
Edith and Thierry work with winemakers from all the great French regions, from grand crus to lesser-known wines, always thinking first of how they match the food. The team will gladly advise you.
